Town dominated much of the first half but couldn't find the back of the net and were then hit with a sucker punch as Ossett striker Adam Frost found himself unmarked in the box to fire the visitors into the lead. The half ended with Warrington striker Chris Thompson rounding the keeper and smashing the ball against the upright with the goal at his mercy leaving Ossett one up at the break. Manager Joey Dunn gave his team a half time roasting and within a minute of the re-start they were on level terms as Kyle Hamid found himself with time and space inside the box to rifle the ball home. Town soon doubled their lead as Thompson headed home but Warrington switched off allowing the visitors to equalise straight from the kick off. Thompson added his second to make it 3-2 but Warrington were left hanging on in the last 15 minutes as the visitors pushed for an equaliser. | ||||||
