Colwyn Bay: Not available

Warrington Town: Colin Flood, Lee Smith, Danny Salt, Terry Nestor, Lee Webster, Paul Clarke, Dave Tickle, Steve Latham, Simon Burton, Phil Mitchell, Paul Langley. Subs not used: Graeme Mitchell, Andy Tague, Terry Anderson.

SIMON Burton's first two goals for Warrington Town secured a deserved win at Colwyn Bay on Tuesday night.

The former Witton Albion striker tucked the ball home when one-on-one with the goalkeeper and concluded the scoring with a quality header from a corner.

Strike partner Phil Mitchell also go his name on the scoresheet, despatching a low drive into the bottom corner.

Town manager Glenn Walker, who fears that striker Mike Heverin requires an operation on his injured knee that would rule him out for the rest of the season, said: "It was an excellent team performance that has been coming for a while. We have been playing well lately but results have not been going our way."
