Wakefield: Not available TOWN will host Clitheroe in the first qualifying round of the FA Trophy after Simon Burton's injury-time penalty gave them victory against Wakefield on Saturday. The Yellows take on fellow First Division side Clitheroe on October 21 at 3pm. Town went in front in their preliminary round clash when Kevin Hannon's 25th-minute cross went in. Hannon, who was making his debut, then poked home a second two minutes after Wakefield's Nial O'Brien had headed home a 70th-minute equaliser. The visiting side levelled again with a minute to go thanks to Matthew Hoyle's header but Burton scored from the spot in stoppage time after he had been pushed in the box. | ||||||
